Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise production processes.
• Analyse technical data and monitor machine performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Manage tools, materials, and inventory for technical operations.
• Uphold GMP and food safety protocols while adhering to OHS standards.
• Train team members on technical procedures and new systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 2
  -5 yearsof experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of production systems, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
