A global workspace solutions provider is seeking a Vice President, Africa Growth. This hands-on role combines driving high-value partnership deals across the continent with leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to accelerate network expansion, secure strategic commercial agreements, and deliver outstanding partner and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute the Africa growth strategy, delivering network expansion targets across company-owned, managed, franchise, and M&A channels.
- Drive personal business development, pitching and securing high-value partnerships with building owners, franchise operators, and key real estate stakeholders.
- Lead, structure, and motivate a high-performing team ensuring consistent performance and deal closure.
- Develop awareness and visibility of partnership proposition across the market through networking, outreach, and events.
- Convert commercial discussions into signed contracts, working closely with legal teams to finalise development agreements.
- Support country teams in the field to accelerate network growth, coaching and enabling teams to deliver their targets.
- Leverage networks with large real estate institutions to secure portfolio-level deals and strategic growth opportunities.
- Ensure all team members deliver minimum annual deal targets and uphold commercial profitability and partner ROI.
- Proven senior B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in fast-growing multinational organisations.
- Track record in business development of complex, solution-led deals, with experience in commercial real estate, property, facilities management, or franchise development
. - Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate remote teams to exceed ambitious targets.
- Self-starter with a can-do, deal-focused mindset, capable of personally generating interest and closing high-value deals.
- Strong financial, commercial, and business acumen, able to engage C-level executives with credibility.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling narratives to diverse audiences.
- Flexible, resilient, and culturally adept, with experience working across diverse African markets.
- Willingness to travel the African Continent
