Overview
Regional General Manager - JHB
Gauteng, North West, Mpumalanga, Export Market
Responsibilities- This is a senior, hands-on leadership role running a flagship operation that combines manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and regional sales.
- Sales performance and customer service (DIY retailers, wholesalers)
- Manufacturing and production output
- Warehousing, fleet, and distribution
- Cost control, budgets, and operational discipline
- Leading a team of 100 people
- This role reports directly to the CEO and Board, it will suit a GM from a related business who understands how to run a business end-to-end
Note:
This role requires senior leadership experience and the ability to manage end-to-end business operations in a related manufacturing/distribution context.
The remuneration package is negotiable according to qualifications, skills and experience required for this position
