Overview

Tangent International are urgently looking for a Regional Manager to work a 3 month extendable contract based in Johannesburg (South Africa).

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of communication engineering projects, driving continuous improvement in delivery standards and processes.

Develop and implement comprehensive project delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives, providing ongoing support and process monitoring.

Coordinate cross-functional resources, leveraging the strengths of internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule while meeting quality standards.

Build and maintain relationships with the regional customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated involvement in MTN or Vodacom Wireless projects, with in-depth knowledge of procedures (planning, implementation, and acceptance).

Proven leadership experience, having managed teams of at least 15 members, with the ability to guide and mentor effectively.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

Results-driven and assertive, with strong project control capabilities to ensure team accountability and project success.
