The role requires you to take full ownership and accountability for driving the regional growth strategy across the Channel, ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives. Establish and nurture sustainable, high-impact relationships across all channels.

• Have a
  
  B. Degree qualification
• Have 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role or a channel, product, or segment manager role
• Have experience in managing multiple work streams concurrently
• Have a proven track record of managing and delivering initiatives from inception to completion
• Operational Sales and Project management experience
• Transactional Banking experience will be advantageous
• We will also consider candidates with experience in Credit Products/Sales and/or Digital Sales
