Our client a privately owned Panelshop is seeking the services of a Senior Auto-Body Repair Workshop Manager for the Johannesburg Area
- 10+ years experience as a workshop manager or 20+ years as senior Foreman. (Experience must be in a Panel Workshop).
- Must be Highly experienced in full process of a Panel workshop
- Must be deadline driven and able to meet targets set out by management.
- Knowledge of Auto-body workshop Processes, Panel Beating / Spray Painting, workflow, daily throughput and taking disciplinary action is essential
- Strong leadership skills, good business acumen and financial skills.
- Technically minded and or red seal Panel Beater / Spray Painter
- Must have good customer service and communication skills
