Our ideal candidate for Future Team Leader will have a minimum of 2 years travel consulting experience along with buckets of ambition and an insatiable appetite for making solid relationships and delivering impeccable service to successfully combine travel management and a new career step into leadership.
Whatyou'll be doing
- Assisting Team Leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
- Supporting your Team Leader with the vision and focus of your team
- Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Implementation and adherence to the FCM daily, weekly and monthly systems
- Achievement of financial results and KPI's
- Maintaining communication between team members
- Maintaining an overall positive office environment
- Leads by example and ability to motivate others
- Attentive to staff and client needs
- Embrace company philosophy, values and change
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage change and exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle high volumes of business
- The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
- Minimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or travel consultant role
- GDS proficiency, with Amadeus highly regarded
