ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS – Johannesburg, South Africa

We are looking for experienced professionals to lead consulting engagements in the financial services industry. As an Engagement Manager you will be the on-site leader of our projects, guiding teams through problem solving, ensuring quality recommendations, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and delivering client solutions.
  • Own project execution, timelines, and client communication.
  • Ensure recommendations are practical, relevant, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentorship within the team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6–10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services topics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • A proactive attitude for learning and applying new skills.
  • Creativity, analytical aptitude, and the ability to derive insights from complex data.
