Responsibilities
- Lead all industrial and agricultural operations (plantations, processing, supply chain).
- Define and implement the operational and financial strategy.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and sustainability commitments.

- Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and local authorities.
A successful Managing Director should have:
- Proven experience in tropical agro-industry
- Strong track record in Africa or Emerging Markets
- Natural leadership, hands‑on approach, and strategic vision.
- Fluent in French and professional English.
