Demand Planner – FMCG

We are looking for a hands-on Demand Planner to join our dynamic supply chain team. This is a key role in ensuring accurate forecasting and seamless planning across our operations.

• Own demand planning (70% of the role) and support S&OP management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Manage operational tasks: supply planning, production planning, and import coordination.
• Drive forecast accuracy and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and local teams.

• Experience: 5+ years in supply chain, with at least 2 years in demand planning.
• Technical Skills: SAP or any demand planning tool experience (SAP is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to present effectively.
• Personality:
  An extrovert who thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

• Degree or Diploma.
• Valid SA driver’s license and passport.
