Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Paralegal / Legal Secretary
. This opportunity is suited to a professional who combines strong legal administrative capability with high-level support experience within a financial services or legal environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive paralegal and legal secretarial support.

Deliver executive-level PA assistance, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation.

Draft, format, and manage legal documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal or financial professionals.

Ensure efficient administration and smooth operational support within the legal function.

Requirements:

Relevant legal and/or PA qualification.

Proven experience in both legal secretarial and executive PA support roles.

Experience with in the financial services industry or a law firm environment.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Admitted attorneys will not be considered.
