Minimum requirements:
  • Admitted Attorney with a Strong focus in Commercial Law
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements across various industries.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on commercial transactions, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and manage commercial matters, including M&A, BEE transactions, and corporate structuring.
  • Engage directly with clients, building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, regulators, and counter parties as required
