Job Description

A well-known IT Company is looking for an junior Legal Advisor to join their team. The purpose of the role is to Provide legal advice to the relevant business areas and Stay up to date with all relevant developments in the law in relation to the payments and IT sectors and good understanding of all labour and privacy laws in South Africa.

Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney (1-3 Years Post Article Experience Preferable)

• Draft, implement and review legal policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with existing and/or emerging legislation.

• Provide legal and advisory support to Group Legal Executive.

• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations applicable to the business areas.

• Provide legal opinions or submissions.
