• Work on Major Projects:
  Advise local and international clients on the full lifecycle of infrastructure and energy projects, including high‑value, cross‑border transactions.

• High‑profile projects and cross‑border transactions on a global scale.
• Lead and manage transactions, draft key project documents, and provide legal opinions on regulatory issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across our international network.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of legal talent.
• Contribute to our thought leadership through publications and business development initiatives.

• 3–6 years’ PQE with experience in a leading infrastructure and/or energy practice.
• Strong technical skills in drafting project agreements and advising on regulatory matters.
• Experience acting in a leading role on major transactions.
• A proactive, client‑focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
