- High‑profile projects and cross‑border transactions on a global scale.
- Lead and manage transactions, draft key project documents, and provide legal opinions on regulatory issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across our international network.
- Support and mentor junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of legal talent.
- Contribute to our thought leadership through publications and business development initiatives.
- 3–6 years’ PQE with experience in a leading infrastructure and/or energy practice.
- Strong technical skills in drafting project agreements and advising on regulatory matters.
- Experience acting in a leading role on major transactions.
- A proactive, client‑focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
