Location: Randburg
A leading financial services institution based in Randburg is seeking a Claims Assessor to accurately assess and validate complex long-term insurance claims, including funeral and disability claims. The ideal candidate will have a Matric and ideally an NQF Level 5 Certificate along with 2-3 years of experience in a claims call center. You will manage claims from registration through to finalization in a customer-centric team environment.
