** Accurate assessment, investigation and validation of complex long-term insurance claims with a high value in accordance with  the goals, objectives, processes and standards of the organisation in order to meet customer. These claims may include funeral , death, disability, dread disease and retrenchment claims

*** Administrate Short Term Motor Claims
* Manage the claim from the claim registration to finalization
* Be customer centric.
* Manage your time to ensure all short-term motor claims are attended to in set turnaround times
* Manage customer and supplier complaints
* Pay attention to details Manage personal development to increase own skills and competencies
** You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
*** Matric is essential
* Have an NQF Level 5 Certificate would be advantageous
* Have 2 – 3 years' experience in claims call center environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally in a Motor Claims
** You will have access to:
