IT Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT Solutions Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding business requirements, managing software releases, and implementing off-the-shelf solutions to address business challenges. This role requires a strong technical background in software development, particularly within the .NET framework, as well as a keen understanding of data and its strategic value to the organization.

• Act as the primary point of contact for managing software releases, akin to a Product Owner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define release schedules.
• Ensure that software releases align with business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.

• Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business processes and challenges.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging off-the-shelf solutions to solve business problems.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement software solutions that align with business goals and requirements.

• Possess a strong technical background, particularly in software development within the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Review and assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

• Recognize the strategic value of data within the organization.
• Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to leverage data for business insights and decision-making.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Maintain clear and organized documentation of requirements, solutions, and processes.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software release management and project coordination, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in the .NET framework.
• Excellent business analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with data management principles and practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Project management or Agile certification is a plus.
