We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at iqbusiness insights! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working with systems and data, this could be the perfect role for you. In this role, you'll support both internal teams and clients by setting up and managing projects on our research platform. You'll make sure everything runs smoothly, from creating new client accounts to checking surveys and ensuring data is accurate.

You'll Be Doing
  • Support clients and team members:
    Help internal teams and external clients with their requests, answer questions, and solve problems.
  • Set up and manage projects:
    Create projects on the platform, script surveys, test them, upload files, and keep an eye on progress.
  • Troubleshoot issues:
    Spot and log any bugs or errors, and help get them fixed quickly.
  • Handle admin tasks:
    Manage support tickets and complete regular day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensure quality:
    Make sure everything is accurate and meets our standards.
  • Keep learning:
    Grow your skills and share your knowledge with the team.

What You'll Need
  • Matric (required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, research, IT, or project work.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, or survey platforms is a plus.
  • Relevant certificates are an advantage.
