Sap data migration

Infy Strat is seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing data migration projects within SAP environments. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with SAP data migration tools and methodologies and possess a deep understanding of data transformation processes.

• Plan and execute data migration projects for SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Analyze and map source data to target SAP structures, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Utilize SAP data migration tools (such as SAP LSMW, SAP Data Services) for extraction, transformation, and loading of data.
• Develop migration strategies and document processes, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand data requirements and business processes.
• Conduct data cleansing and data validation activities to ensure high-quality data in the SAP system.
• Provide training and support to end-users regarding data migration processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration, data management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SAP data migration tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, data transformation, and data cleansing techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP modules and architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP certification is a plus.
