We’re looking for an AI Specialist (Operations & Optimization) to help monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our AI-driven products. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that models run smoothly, workflows stay healthy, and performance issues are spotted and resolved fast.
This role is a mix of analytical problem-solving and hands-on systems work — perfect for someone who enjoys digging into logs, identifying patterns, and building better processes.

- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape the evolution of AI systems
- Build scalable, reliable systems with modern AI and automation tools
AI System Monitoring
- Monitor daily dashboards and alerts to ensure AI workflows complete successfully
- Identify, restart, and troubleshoot failed or stuck processes in real time
- Perform light debugging and escalate complex issues to the Product or Engineering teams
- Maintain consistency in uptime, reliability, and data flow across systems
Model Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify recurring errors or inefficiencies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine and improve AI model behavior
- Annotate or validate data outputs to ensure AI accuracy and consistency
- Contribute insights that drive measurable improvement in system reliability
Tooling & Process Improvement
- Use tools like Extend, Basepilot, and internal platforms to manage AI operations
- Test and evaluate new frameworks and automation tools that could improve performance
- Document repeatable troubleshooting playbooks and standardize operational workflows
System Upkeep & Reporting
- Maintain logs of incidents, resolutions, and root causes for visibility and learning
- Run light SQL queries and use Postman or API clients to verify data flows
- Create or enhance dashboards and reports that surface system health and performance
- 3+ years of experience in AI operations, system monitoring, or technical support
- Strong technical comfort with automation tools and frameworks (Activepieces, Airflow, etc.)
- Analytical mindset — able to identify patterns and optimize systems through data insights
- Hands-on troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical teams
- Comfortable working across multiple systems with limited documentation
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to improve what’s already built
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with finance systems, ERP integrations, or data pipelines
- Basic understanding of AI workflows, ML models, or automation architecture
- Experience using monitoring and observability tools like Data Dog, Grafana, or similar
- Exposure to scripting or API workflows (Python, SQL, Postman)
