CTO

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a CTO in Johannesburg!

We require a candidate with:

• 7+ years of experience in leadership positions with teams 5-20+ in size

• 7+ years of experience in building technology applications (directly or in leadership

• roles)

• Working with external contractors and in-sourced teams (beneficial to have experience

• in building internal teams)

• Working with external stakeholders to the company and to the engineering team

• Building customer-facing applications (mobile and web)

• Building backend systems integration across multiple vendors and systems

• Building and scaling software technology products

• Motivating and leading cross-functional teams

• Creative problem-solving

• Excel (advanced), Slack, Trello, GSuite, Jira, Github, Miro

• 5+ Experience with Dev Ops and Messaging Brokers like RabbitMQ

• 5+ years of experience building products in cloud environments like AWS
