• Working closely with the co-founders to help bring strategic initiatives to life

• Supporting the planning and execution of high-impact projects across the organisation

• Coordinating projects internally and with a range of external stakeholders

• Helping translate big-picture vision into practical, actionable plans

• Getting involved wherever needed — this role is hands-on by nature

• Supporting systems, processes and ways of working as the organisation scales

• 1–3 years’ experience in project management, strategic roles or similar

• A Bachelor’s degree

• Experience working with and managing diverse stakeholders

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams

• Confidence operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in impact-driven work

• Have worked in a startup or high-growth environment

• Have some exposure to consulting or advisory roles

• Are passionate about education, skills development or social impact
