Waters Edge Solutions is partnering with an international logistics and compliance company to bring on board a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in paid media and inbound lead generation, particularly in the B2B SaaS space.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own the inbound lead generation strategy and its implementation, focusing on paid media campaigns across Linked In and Google. You'll work closely with the content team to execute full-funnel strategies, analyse campaign performance, and continuously optimise for better results. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid media goals and KPIs

  • Implement full-funnel inbound lead generation strategies

  • Create, manage, and optimise ad campaigns on Linked In and Google

  • Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights

  • Collaborate with content and design teams on campaign assets

  • Report on campaign KPIs weekly and monthly

  • Stay updated on trends in paid media and digital marketing

  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and growth goals

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, PPC, or SEM

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Strong experience in B2B, preferably SaaS or professional services

  • Hands-on experience with Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and Hub Spot

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for performance marketing

Nice to Have

  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing

  • Background managing moderate to large-scale B2B accounts

  • Knowledge of inbound marketing and content strategy

  • Creative input in copywriting and ad visuals
