We’re looking for an Integration Product Manager to join our Joburg team and play a pivotal role in shaping client integrations. In this role, you will strategize and enhance our platform that automates auditing for SaaS companies. You will prioritize integrations based on customer needs and business impact, lead technical discovery of third-party systems, and define clear product requirements for building scalable, high-quality integrations.

This role combines hands-on technical research, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of API and integration creation workflow. You’ll be instrumental in leading projects from start to finish while influencing our product direction based on real client needs.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in systems integration, ERP implementation, or a technical product role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, databases, and ETL concepts.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• An extensive understanding of customer needs and experience working on customer-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong project management skills, including managing project timelines and collaborating across multiple disciplines.
• Customer-facing experience - advantage.
• Experience with modern SaaS tech stacks and agile product development - advantage.

What You ll Do

• Own and prioritize the integrations product backlog, balancing customer impact, business value, and technical effort.
• Define integration strategy and prioritization, based on customer demand, compliance requirements, and platform goals.
• Lead technical discovery of third-party systems and APIs.
• Write clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for integrations, including API fields, data models and edge cases.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering throughout the development lifecycle, from design through delivery.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and ensure integrations deliver real customer value.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and data quality across existing integrations.
• Develop domain knowledge in information security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and more).
• Track product KPIs and success metrics related to integrations adoption, data coverage, and customer satisfaction.
• Support go-to-market efforts by enabling internal teams with integration knowledge and use cases.
