We’re a fast‑growing group with multiple subsidiary companies — and we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to help us grow, shape, and elevate our digital presence across the group.

This role is perfect for someone who is young, driven, and loves building brands, growing audiences organically, creating content that actually performs, and working in a youthful, collaborative environment with real room to grow. • Organic Social Media Growth – Experience growing social media accounts organically (non‑paid), with a solid understanding of what drives engagement, reach, and community across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, or You Tube.
• Marketing Strategy – Ability to think strategically about content, audiences, messaging, and brand positioning — not just posting for the sake of posting.
• Design & Content Creation Skills – Creating social content, graphic design, ads, artwork, and visual assets that align with brand tone and goals.
• Basic Video Content Creation & Editing – Some level of experience creating and editing short‑form video content such as reels, Tik Tok videos, or social shorts.

• Paid & Targeted Advertising Experience – Hands‑on experience running targeted ads (not just boosting) across platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, or Google Ads.
• Email Marketing – Experience designing and sending mass email campaigns or newsletters.
• Website Experience – Basic website design or maintenance experience using platforms such as Word Press, Wix, or Shopify.
• AI Tools & Workflows – Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, marketing workflows, strategy, or productivity.

Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month (Cost to Company), depending on skill set and experience.
