SUMMARY

We are looking for an Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and reporting standards. This role requires strong knowledge of asset management systems, including Service Now, as well as experience with the IMACD process and basic IT operations.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A background in ITIL practices, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this position.

• Working with asset regulations, guidelines, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Service Now asset management.
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
• The ability to research and analyse data with close attention to detail.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration, asset life cycles, asset management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with asset regulations, guidelines, and reporting.
• Minimum 2 years Asset Management Experience.
• Microsoft Office Knowledge.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• IMACD process.
• Grade 12.
• Soft Skills.
• ITIL Awareness.
• ITIL Foundation V.3.
• Administrative certificate.
