Are you someone who can:

Own and manage the end-to-end delivery backlog for BI and Data Engineering, covering both projects and ad hoc work, with clear prioritisation and visibility.

Facilitate Agile delivery by running stand-ups, planning and retrospectives, while removing impediments and keeping work moving.

Fully manage Jira as the single source of truth, from intake and refinement through to delivery and reporting.

Coordinate delivery across internal and external teams, proactively managing dependencies, risks and timelines.

Improve delivery discipline by establishing practical Agile standards, tracking progress and driving continuous improvement.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a certificate or Diploma in computer science, information systems, or related fields

Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Have scrum and Agile certification

Have 3 + years of experience in the banking industry

Have a technical mindset
