  • Ensure consistent application of audience segmentation, taxonomy standards, and safeguarding rules globally.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and spend reporting; conduct reforecasting and ROI analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with health promotion, medical, content, and emergency teams.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years hands‑on experience managing complex Meta campaigns across multiple accounts/countries, OR 6–7 years progressive digital advertising experience with advanced Meta expertise.

  • Proven experience developing and evaluating customer/lead acquisition strategies via social media with measurable real‑world impact.
  • Track record managing campaigns with budgets ≥ ZAR 20,000.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification (Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional) required on entry or within 6 months.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and client/service orientation.
  • Proficient English (written and spoken);
