Digital Ad Ops Executive

Who We Are Looking For:
A detail-oriented and proactive Digital Ad Ops Executive with hands-on experience in campaign trafficking, optimisation and reporting. The ideal candidate will be curious, organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns while ensuring quality control and performance monitoring. This is a junior-level operational role for someone looking to build a career in digital ad operations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

• Schedule, traffic and launch programmatic and direct ad campaigns

• Manage the creative submission process, ensuring timely receipt and quality checks

• Execute campaigns using platforms such as Osmos, Criteo DSP, Adobe CDP and other relevant systems

• Monitor campaign delivery metrics and implement optimisation strategies

• Collaborate with Sales, Campaign Operations and client teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

• Provide inventory figures and performance reporting using Excel and Power BI

What You Will Need:

• A Level qualification or equivalent

• 1+ year of experience in digital ad operations, campaign trafficking, or digital marketing support within an agency or retail environment

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong attention to detail

• Curious mindset, proactive approach and eagerness to learn

• Excellent organisational, collaboration and communication skills

• Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise campaigns
