** Role Purpose
** As a Business Architect, you’ll deeply understand key business domains and define how capabilities, processes, and systems align to strategic objectives. You will:
* Drive consistent business outcomes by translating strategy into executable frameworks.
* Guide end-to-end solution delivery from capability modelling to implementation oversight.
* Collaborate across CX, Product, IT, Risk, and Compliance to shape seamless, compliant capabilities.## ##
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Strategy & Capability Design**  + Map and maintain business capability models, value streams, and operating platforms  + Analyze opportunities and create business cases for process improvements and product enhancements
* ** Requirements & Solution Governance**  + Produce high-quality Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)  + Ensure architecture governance—evaluating compliance, risk, process optimization
* ** Cross-functional Collaboration & Delivery Leadership**  + Facilitate end-to-end delivery with UX, Dev, Analytics, and CI teams  + Mentor and share best practices for requirements engineering, stakeholder engagement, and governance ,
* ** Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership**  + Provide thought leadership in areas like Capability Mapping, Data Stewardship, and Process Optimization,  + Identify waste, cost efficiencies, and drive agile ways of working aligned to strategy## ##

** Qualifications & Experience
*** Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
* 7–10+ years in business architecture, enterprise transformation, or similar roles
* Proven track record in capability mapping, requirements engineering, business-case development, and governance
* Financial services/domain experience is preferred## ##
