The Role:

Social Media Strategist

This role focuses on building and delivering data-driven social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business objectives. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, content creators, and marketers to craft campaigns that are creative, effective, and culturally relevant across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy or a related role
  • Develop and implement platform-specific strategies aligned to campaign goals
  • Conduct in-depth audience, industry, and competitor research to inform decisions
  • Use social media management tools to schedule, monitor, and optimise content
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and translate data into insights
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create on-brand, visually compelling content
  • Maintain active community engagement through timely, authentic interaction
  • Stay updated with evolving platform algorithms, tools, and trends
About You
  • 2-3 years of experience in a social media, digital marketing, or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, X, Linked In, You Tube) and their audiences
  • Confident using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Skilled at turning data into actionable strategy
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and visual storytelling
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative
  • Experience in agency or fast-paced environments is a strong advantage
