SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant; JHB ; on-site TB

Overview

Provide Level 1 Support for SAP Success Factors (primarily Employee Central & LMS).

Act as the first point of contact for business users, handling basic issues and coordinating escalations.

Coordinate testing activities with business super users for releases, enhancements, and fixes.

Support training preparation and delivery, including job aids, user guides, and functional walkthroughs.

Maintain and update process, configuration, and testing documentation.

Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth end-user operations.

Understand HR business processes and align system actions or requirements accordingly.

• Senior Certificate plus relevant IT Degree or IT Diploma or certifications plus solid work experience.
• SAP Success Factors certification (advantage).
• Must have 3 years minimum experience as an SAP Success Factors Support Consultant.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• At least 3 years’ Level 1 Support experience with SAP Success Factors required.
• SAP Success Factors (3 years min.).
• SAP EC (SAP Employee Central) 3 years min.
• SAP LMS (SAP Success Factors Learning) 3 years min.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.

• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors PMGM and Succession Planning modules will be an advantage.

• Experience:
  
  Between 3 - 5 Years.
