Education: Must have a matric and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.

We are looking for a candidate to aid us in the development of data warehouses for the Healthcare, Insurance, Lending, and Employee Benefits industries. The successful applicant will perform software development, production support, and provide overall expertise in the area of Data Warehouse and Reporting Applications.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data warehouses for the designated industries.
• Perform software development, production support, and overall data warehouse governance.
• Work independently under general supervision and collaborate as part of the team.
• Provide guidance and assistance to entry‑level professionals.
• Use Jira for time management and organizational tasks, enabling effective collaboration and alignment with team objectives.

• Analytical & Dimensional Data Warehouse Modelling experience.
• Data Warehouse Design experience.
• Understanding of Big Data Visualization Tools and Big Data Concepts (ETL, Data Normalisation, Performance Tuning).
• Relational Database Knowledge (SQL Server, Postgres).
• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture, data structures, and fundamental design principles.
• Proficiency in using Jira.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external clients.

Salary: R40,000 – R60,000 CTC per month (dependent on relevant experience and current salary).

Pension Fund: 4% – 11% of monthly salary will be deducted (mandatory for all employees). This deduction is not negotiable and the company does not contribute to the pension fund.

The candidate should possess the listed critical skills at a minimum before being considered for the position.
