What You'll Do:

Architect and implement scalable solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx
, and Power Platform

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, planning, and workshops with internal and client stakeholders.
Optimize and enhance the existing SharePoint environment.
Engage directly with business users to identify opportunities for digital transformation.

What You'll Need:

6+ years experience in SharePoint architecture and development.
Expertise in SharePoint Online / SPFx / Microsoft 365
.
Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile delivery, Azure, and Dev Ops environments
.
Relevant Microsoft certifications advantageous.
