As an IT Services Consultant
, you'll be a senior technical resource delivering:
High-end cloud, infrastructure, security, and client solutions
Project delivery, consulting, and complex troubleshooting
Proactive improvements across client environments
Technical leadership and mentorship within the team
You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and security
, and increasingly help clients adopt automation and AI-driven workflows
.
Design and implement client projects (cloud, infrastructure, security, modernization)
Deliver proactive and reactive technical support across Netsurits client base
Perform infrastructure and security assessments with reporting and recommendations
Build and maintain high-quality client documentation and policies
Handle:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Service Requests
Change Management
Apply ITIL and ITSM best practices
Work extensively with:
Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Azure
Hyper-V / VMware
Identity, security, backup, and resilience solutions
Design, support, and troubleshoot:
TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, switches, routers
Secure networks and environments
Ransomware and malware protection strategies
Mentor junior consultants and run technical knowledge-sharing sessions
Must Have:
3–5+ years' experience in IT, infrastructure, or MSP environments
Formal IT qualification (Microsoft role-based certs strongly preferred)
Strong experience in:
Microsoft stack (M365, Azure, Windows Server)
Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
Networking & security fundamentals
Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM environments
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
Bonus Points For:
Experience with:
Automation
Scripting
AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, AI workflows, Power Automate, etc.)
Cloud optimization and modernization projects
Consulting or MSP background
