Lead Ui​/Ux Designer

We are partnering with a leading Pan-African Technology & Telecommunications Giant, specifically within their Software Center of Excellence (CoE).

This is a massive organization transitioning from a traditional telco to a digital platform business.

You will be joining a high-performance environment dedicated to building innovative digital products that serve millions of users across the continent.

• Evidence of Execution : A portfolio demonstrating 5-6+ years of specific UI / UX experience where you have led the design of complex software products from ideation to launch.
• Technical Fluency:
  Advanced mastery of Figma (or Sketch / Adobe XD) and a working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to speak the language of developers.
• Agile Native:
  Proven experience working within Agile / Scrum squads, utilizing tools like Jira / Confluence to manage workflows.
• Strategic Mindset:
  Experience not just drawing screens, but defining user journeys, personas, and information architecture.
