We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead / Technical Delivery Lead to oversee technical delivery across multiple client engagements. This role blends hands-on technical leadership

This is not a traditional people-heavy management role; it is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys leading by example.

• Provide technical oversight across multiple projects and client teams
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines
• Review complex solutions, designs, and pull requests
• Support escalation of complex technical issues

• Mentor senior, intermediate, and junior developers
• Guide technical growth paths for developers and analysts
• Support onboarding of new technical staff
• Promote a strong engineering culture of quality and accountability

• Act as a technical point of contact for internal leadership and clients when required
• Support solution design during pre-sales or project initiation
• Ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and timelines

• Improve development processes, tooling, and delivery standards
• Work with Operations to improve delivery efficiency and predictability
• Contribute to internal training programs and technical documentation

• 5+ years software development experience
• Strong experience in Java / .NET / Web Technologies / AEM / Enterprise systems
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and consulting environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skill

• Consulting or client-facing experience
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Exposure to architecture or systems design
