Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI/CO Consultant to support the upgrade from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4

HANA (RISE Private Cloud) as part of a large-scale transformation programme. The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes, ensuring robust, scalable, and integrated financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions, including design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Configure and support key SAP S/4

HANA Finance components:

FI:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
CO:
Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing

Implement innovations in SAP S/4

HANA Finance, such as Universal Journal, Central Finance, and Real-Time Integration.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Integrate SAP FI/CO with other modules such as MM, SD, and HCM.
Support testing cycles including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide end-user training, system documentation, and change management support.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Liaise with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure solution integrity and alignment with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant.
Successfully completed at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations involving both FI and CO modules.
Proven hands-on configuration and support experience with SAP S/4

HANA Finance.
Deep expertise in core FI/CO processes and related S/4

HANA innovations.
Strong knowledge of FI/CO integration with MM, SD, and HCM modules.
Skilled in functional specification writing, system configuration, and testing.
Proficient in problem-solving, system analysis, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
