Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Technical Consultant to support the implementation and integration of SAP Ariba solutions as part of a major SAP S/4

HANA transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in SAP Ariba modules and proven experience integrating Ariba with backend SAP systems using modern middleware technologies such as CIG, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Integration Suite.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the technical configuration and integration of SAP Ariba solutions.
• Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules such as:
• Sourcing
• Contracts
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
• Ariba Network Integration
• Manage integration with SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ECC via:
• Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
• SAP PI/PO
• SAP Integration Suite
• Design and configure workflows, approval rules, custom fields, and other business process settings within Ariba.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders from procurement, IT, and supplier management teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and adoption.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and lead issue resolution.
• Support data mapping, API usage, and error handling during integration and rollout.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and participate in solution testing and validation.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant.
• Successful delivery of at least 1 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation.
• Proven experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ECC using:
• CIG
• SAP PI/PO
• SAP Integration Suite
• Hands-on configuration experience with at least one major Ariba module.
• Ability to manage end-to-end technical setup, including workflow, security, and data integration components.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Valid SAP Ariba Certification relevant to candidate’s area of expertise.

• Experience with Ariba APIs, advanced data transformation, and error resolution.
• Familiarity with hybrid deployment models involving SAP Ariba and on-premise SAP systems.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
