Job Description

The SAP PS Consultant is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Project System (PS) module. This role ensures effective project planning, execution, and monitoring within SAP, supporting business objectives across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and IT services.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP PS, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Configure core PS components such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks and Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning and Budgeting, and Project Settlements.

Customize SAP PS to align with business processes and industry best practices.

Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project system functionalities with organizational goals.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SAP PS applications.

Monitor system performance and suggest improvements or enhancements.

Stay updated with SAP S/4

HANA PS innovations and assess their impact.

Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SAP PS structures and functionalities.
Proficiency in project management principles and tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with SAP S/4

HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
