What Youll Do:

• Drive new business across IT and tech verticals.

• Pitch and position DeARX to senior hiring leaders.

• Build long-term partnerships with high-growth clients.

• Collaborate with top-tier recruiters to deliver on demand.

• Help shape a winning growth strategy.

You Bring:

• 3+ years in new business development or 360 recruitment (ideally IT).

• A natural ability to network, pitch and convert.

• A self-starting, hunter mindset.

• Experience in the South African market (Johannesburg preferred).

• A passion for targets, commission, and making real impact.
