Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary enquiries, CCMA cases, and union engagements
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Support workforce planning and employee scheduling
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' HR experience, with solid employee relations experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (preferred)
  • Ability to work on-site in Johannesburg South
