Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary enquiries, CCMA cases, and union engagements
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Support workforce planning and employee scheduling
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' HR experience, with solid employee relations experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (preferred)
- Ability to work on-site in Johannesburg South
