Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (Technology | Bulk | Specialist Hiring)

Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent | Full Time

We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists / Recruiters to join a fast-paced, high-performing recruitment team. These roles focus on delivering high-quality talent across technology, bulk, and specialist hiring portfolios
, supporting business growth in a demanding and deadline-driven environment.

This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who are confident managing end-to-end recruitment
, partnering closely with stakeholders, and successfully filling hard-to-find or high-volume roles
.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to onboarding
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
  • Manage salary discussions, offers, and verification processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Use ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, and job boards effectively
  • Deliver against tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 4–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven success in technology, bulk, or specialist recruitment
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and resilience

A relevant degree in HR, Psychology, or Business is advantageous.
