Are you someone who can:
Partner with stakeholders to develop an integrated Learning and Development plan aligned to business strategy.Develop an in-depth training needs analysis aligned to business strategy and objectives.Project manage the process to deliver solutions that meet business requirements including design, development, sourcing, and maintenance of learning solutions.Use knowledge and expertise to ensure the most appropriate learning channels and methodologies are utilized in delivery of learning solutions.Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.Benchmark learning solutions against industry and global trends.Deliver customer experience excellence aligned to Organizational values and service standards.Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovationEnsure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountability.Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters.Manage the team’s performance and delivery against the learning plan and their achievement of goals and objectives.Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development.You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to gain buy-in and reduce resistance.Bachelor’s degree in commerce or HR, Training, Psychology, Education, or related field2–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Talent DevelopmentInstructional design certification advantageous (e.g., ATD, CIPD, Skills Development Facilitator)Experience with digital learning technologies, virtual facilitation, and content creation toolsYou will have access to:
