Talent Manager
The Bulk Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of high-volume BPO roles
, primarily in the contact centre. The role focuses on speed, scale, and quality
, ensuring that hiring targets are met within agreed timelines while maintaining compliance with internal processes and client requirements.
This role works closely with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR to ensure that staffing requirements are met to support business continuity and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities High-Volume Recruitment Delivery- Manage full-cycle bulk recruitment for BPO roles, including:
- Inbound and outbound call centre agents
- Chat, email, and digital support agents
- Team Leaders and operational support roles (where required)
- Deliver against high-volume hiring targets within strict SLAs.
- Execute recruitment campaigns aligned to ramp-ups, new projects, and backfill requirements.
- Source candidates using multiple channels, including:
- Job portals and ATS databases
- Social media and digital campaigns
- Referrals, walk-ins, and bulk recruitment days
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened BPO candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives for large-scale hiring.
- Conduct high-volume CV screening and telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Assess candidates against role-specific competencies, availability, shift patterns, and language requirements.
- Coordinate and support bulk assessments, interviews, and assessment centres where applicable.
- Work closely with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR to:
- Understand headcount requirements and ramp-up timelines
- Prioritise roles based on operational urgency
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, risks, and pipeline health.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and labour legislation.
- Manage candidate documentation, vetting, and pre-employment checks as required.
- Ensure accurate data capture on the ATS, including interview outcomes and candidate statuses.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including:
- Time-to-fill
- Cost-per-hire (where applicable)
- Conversion ratios (screened vs hired)
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth handover to Operations and HR.
- Contribute to building scalable bulk recruitment processes.

- Matric (essential)
- Relevant qualification in HR, Recruitment, or similar (advantageous)
- 2–4 years’ experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment, preferably within a BPO or contact centre environment
- Strong understanding of BPO hiring requirements, shift patterns, and operational constraints
- Experience using ATS and recruitment reporting tools
- Hiring targets achieved vs planned
- Time-to-fill per role/project
- Quality of hire (attrition during probation)
- SLA adherence
- Data accuracy and compliance
