Hello, future Human Capital Business Partner
Role PurposeTo contribute to the implementation of the Human Capital strategy in the business, ensuring that people management practices within the business actively leverage its talent to deliver on key business outcomes through managing and developing teams. To be an effective business partner with a strong skill in human capital to enable Human Capital practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Ability to influence and lead change requirement.
- Guide and provide support to line managers through various Human Capital processes i.e., recruitment, succession planning etc.
- Manage day-to-day operations within the Human Capital value chain.
- Conduct team sessions and engage in basic facilitation.
- Execute on tactical delivery.
- Monitor the progress against tactical processes and operational plans.
- Support line management with the tracking of processes end-to-end.
- Partner with supporting centres of excellence (CoEs) to ensure practice requirements filter through to employees i.e. Learning and Development.
- Identify employee growth and development needs and schedule interventions to enable ongoing development, training and personal growth.
- Build and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor and living the R&C brand
- Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Participate actively in and contribute to specialist practice forums.
- Manage specific projects as determined in the HR planning process and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Effectively implement, manage, report on and make recommendations related to talent management strategies in area of accountability.

Minimum Qualification:
Post matric qualification in Human Resources or related qualification - Experience:
5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally in a Human Capital Generalist role - A curious mind, ability to traverse between tactical and strategic, solid technical skills, ability to self-regulate and being an avid learner will be added advantages.
