Position Summary
A Senior Talent Reward Consultant provides expert advisory services to multiple client organizations, helping them design, implement, and optimize compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent. This role requires a blend of strategic consulting, project management, and deep analytical expertise, with a strong focus on client engagement and delivering tailored solutions.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on total rewards frameworks, compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
  • Lead and manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality compensation and reward solutions.
  • Design, benchmark, and refine compensation and benefits programs tailored to client needs and aligned with market trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and salary benchmarking using external data and proprietary tools.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards to support client decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to proposal development.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance, pay equity, and governance best practices.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
