Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Role Overview:
This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment delivery combined with hands-on HR generalist support
. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, ensure a strong candidate experience, and support the full employee lifecycle in line with labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
Stakeholder engagement and hiring advisory
Talent sourcing and pipeline building (including hard-to-fill roles)
Drafting contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
ATS management and recruitment administration
Background checks, reference checks, and compliance
Support employee relations (performance, disciplinaries, grievances)
Maintain accurate HR and candidate records
Key Requirements:
±5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
Strong recruitment delivery experience (agency or in-house)
Good knowledge of South African labour legislation
ATS proficiency (e.g. Vincere, Bamboo
HR, PinPoint, Linked In Recruiter)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a compliance-driven mindset
