What the job involves..

  • Leading and executing student recruitment strategies across all recruitment cycles

  • Owning recruitment planning, delivery and optimisation end-to-end

  • Managing and motivating sales-led recruitment teams with clear performance targets

  • Coaching teams to improve conversion and build a high-performance recruitment culture

  • Building and maintaining strong, diversified recruitment pipelines

  • Managing external feeder and supplier relationships (schools, partners, influencers and activations)

  • Identifying and testing new lead-generation and pipeline opportunities

  • Developing recruitment systems and processes that enable scale and consistency

  • Tracking, analysing and reporting on recruitment data and pipeline health

  • Using insights and data to inform decision-making and flag risks early

  • Contributing to screening and selection discussions alongside internal stakeholders

What you need to be considered..

  • Senior-level experience in student recruitment, admissions or sales-led recruitment

  • Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams

  • Strong background in high-volume recruitment or sales environments

  • Demonstrated ability to build recruitment strategies and execute them successfully

  • Experience developing systems, processes and performance frameworks

  • Confidence working with data to guide decisions and improve outcomes

  • Experience in education, training or skills development preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels
