• Create impactful content

  Host webinars and create video content tailored to graduate candidates. Collaborate with our consultants:
  Register candidates and refer them to specialists to find their ideal roles.

• Recruitment experience
  : A minimum of 1 year in a 360 or 180 recruitment role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills
  :
  Confidence on the phone, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Video experience
  :
  Experience conducting video calls or hosting webinars is an advantage.
• Drive and ambition
  : A proactive attitude to thrive in a competitive, fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive Salary
  :
  Basic salary of R20,000 - R30,000 per month, based on experience.
• Uncapped Commission
  :
  Maximize your earning potential with our uncapped commission structure.
• Flexible Work Schedule

  Enjoy a 4‑day work week (36 hours, Monday‑Thursday), giving you a long weekend every week.
• Global Time Zone Alignment

  Work hours will align with Australian/New Zealand time zones (approx. 21:00‑07:00 SAST).
